You must know your pet’s information!

This includes weight, sex, and breed, as those fields are required.
You must enter your pet’s weight as accurately as possible for the date you are choosing and choose the correct sex. If you do not know your pet’s weight, we have a scale that can be used prior to making the appointment.
You will have to reschedule if you show to your appointment and the pet you bring is a different sex or the weight is drastically different.
Weight accuracy only applies to dogs.

Helpful Appointment Tips:

  • Rabies Vaccination. If your pet needs a rabies or any additional vaccinations, you MUST select it from the services menu. Failure to do so will result in the vaccinations not being administered.
  • Age, Weight. Estimates are ok
  • Breed. we need your best guess, not “Mutt”. For cats you may choose Domestic Shorthair or Domestic Longhair.

A downpayment is required when making an appointment to reserve  surgery spot ($55 for cats, $75 for dogs).  The downpayment will be deducted from the balance due.

I have read and understand that the downpayment will be applied toward my pets total charges, but will NOT be refunded if you do not show up, cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment. Dixie Day Spay cannot be held responsible for complications resulting from contagious diseases for which the animal was not properly vaccinated.
