All spay/neuter surgeries are performed by a qualified and licensed Veterinarian (DVM).

We are a high-volume clinic, and while we keep everything as clean and sterile as possible, we cannot control for airborne viruses. Therefore, we recommend every animal be fully vaccinated at least two weeks prior to surgery. We cannot be held responsible for complications resulting from contagious diseases for which the animal was not properly vaccinated. We offer low-cost vaccinations at our Vaccine Clinic.

We now require a small deposit when you make an appointment to reserve your pet’s surgery ($10 for cats, $15 for dogs).  Your deposit will be deducted from your balance due on the day of surgery. If you have a voucher for the surgery, your deposit will be refunded when you present your voucher on the day of surgery.

Cancellations – If you need to cancel your pet’s appointment, please notify us no later than 24 hours before the surgery date and your deposit will be refunded.  Late cancellations or no shows will forfeit their deposit and it will be considered a donation.
